CKD Pharmaceuticals Pakistan was established in 1991 by Korean healthcare firm Chong Kun Dang. In 2017 it was acquired by Saakh Group, which has transformed it into a fully vertically integrated pharmaceutical company—from API synthesis at Saakh Pharma to GMP-compliant finished dosage forms. It exports to Afghanistan, Myanmar, and other emerging markets. The Saakh Group comprises four specialized companies.
