Delpharm Poznan S.A.

Delpharm Poznan S.A., acquired from GSK in October 2020 as Delpharm's first step into Central and Eastern Europe, is a state-of-the-art CDMO facility in Poznań with ~700 employees. Manufactures tablets, coated tablets, hard capsules, high-potency soft gelatin capsules, gels and creams. Under GSK, the plant exported to 130 countries; it continues manufacturing GSK products under contract for at least five years. Delpharm operates 19 plants across France, Italy, Canada, Poland and the Netherlands.
