Gnothis AB is a Swedish biotechnology company founded in 2000 by Prof. Rudolf Rigler. It developed single-molecule gene expression analysis (DGA - Direct Gene expression Analysis) and single-molecule DNA sequencing technologies. In 2003 it initiated a strategic partnership with Evotec Technologies for commercialization of the DGA platform. The company operates from Kista, Stockholm.
