IRLAB Therapeutics is a Swedish biotech specializing in CNS disorders, particularly Parkinson's disease. Founded in 2013 in Gothenburg, it originates from Nobel Laureate Arvid Carlsson's research group. Its ISP (Integrative Screening Process) platform has generated three clinical candidates: mesdopetam (IRL790), pirepemat (IRL752), and IRL757. The first two have completed Phase IIb.
