Mallax Pharmaceuticals is a pan-European pharmaceutical platform headquartered in Stockholm, founded in 2020 through a partnership between Nordic investment firm Impilo and Anders Larnholt. Its strategy focuses on acquiring established medicines and OTC products across Europe, with deal sizes between EUR 10M and EUR 300M. In 2021 it acquired Sana Pharma Medical AS (Norway), with leading sleep and anxiety brands Lunixen and Sedix, creating a new Nordic pharma platform.
