Toleranzia AB is a Swedish biotech company founded in 2011 in Gothenburg, developing a technology platform for the treatment of rare autoimmune diseases. Its lead candidate TOL2 targets the root cause of myasthenia gravis (MG), a rare autoimmune neuromuscular disease affecting ~1 in 5,000 people. TOL2 holds dual EMA orphan designation.
