Hyderabad company founded in 1981 and listed on the BSE and NSE, focused on oncology, cardiology and diabetology, plus an agrochemical line. Its own plants are at Nagarjunasagar since 1983, its chemical division at Mekaguda since 1986 and its agrochemical facility in Nellore district since 2019. In 2025 it acquired 35.75% of South Africa's Adcock Ingram.
