Brazilian company with more than four decades of activity, developing, manufacturing and marketing active ingredients and finished medicines for HIV, hepatitis C and osteoporosis, and covering oncology, haematology and rare diseases through alliances and licences. It was the country's first Productive Development Partnership. It runs a medicines plant in Taboão da Serra and an active-ingredient unit in Indaiatuba, with an office in Barcelona.
