Es veröffentlicht vierzehn vermarktete Produkte aus Hämatologie, Immuntherapie und Intensivmedizin — normale und Anti-D-Immunglobuline, Albumin, Antithrombin III, Fibrinogen, Prothrombinkomplex, Solvent/Detergent-behandeltes Plasma, Faktor VIII, Faktor IX und Von-Willebrand-Faktor-Komplex — und bietet Industriekunden gesondert fünf Bulk-Plasmaproteine in pharmazeutischer Qualität an: Humanserumalbumin, normales Humanimmunglobulin, Humanfibrinogen, Antithrombin-III-Konzentrat und virusinaktiviertes Humanplasma. Der Geschäftsbericht 2025 nennt fünf Produktionsstandorte — Wien, Stockholm, Lingolsheim, Springe und Dessau —, mehr als 200 Plasmaspendezentren in den USA und Deutschland sowie 11.126 Mitarbeitende. Der Standort Wien produziert seit 1989 und beliefert mehr als 115 Länder.
