TRiCBIO

TRiCBIO is a modality-agnostic organoid research platform supporting preclinical efficacy, early safety, mechanism and translational studies. We work with small molecules, antibodies and multispecifics, ADCs, peptides and proteins, ASO, siRNA, mRNA and other RNA therapeutics, gene and cell therapies, CRISPR, vaccines, plasmid DNA, PROTACs, microbiome-based therapies, natural products and emerging modalities. Our models cover oncology, inflammation and immunology, metabolic and endocrine disease, CNS and blood-brain barrier research, respiratory, gastrointestinal and liver disease, renal and urologic disease, musculoskeletal conditions, women's health and rare diseases. Integrated capabilities include organoid and co-culture models, screening, molecular and biochemical assays, histology and imaging, immune and cytokine analysis, flow cytometry, qPCR, genetic perturbation and vector delivery, biomarkers and selected in vivo validation. Laboratory execution is based in Nanjing, China, with US business support through TRiCBIO LLC. Services are for research use only and are scoped project by project.
