Import and export house rather than a manufacturer. It trades pharmaceutical active ingredients and intermediates, agrochemicals, dyes, basic and fine chemicals, food additives, veterinary products and finished formulations, alongside organic solvents and special paper. Founded in 1980 and reorganised as its own entity in 1988, it has belonged to the Zhejiang International Trade group since 2008.
