1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Bizz Id (bizz-id.com), you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Bizz Id is an online business directory that allows companies to create profiles, publish catalogues and be found by potential customers and investors. Users can search companies by sector, save favourites and contact them directly.

3. Registration and account

Registration is required to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out with your account. The information provided must be truthful and up to date.

4. Plans and payments

Bizz Id offers free and paid plans. All prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable tax is calculated and added automatically at the time of payment, based on the customer country of establishment and tax status. Business customers in the European Union providing a valid intra-Community VAT number may be subject to the reverse charge mechanism.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Bizz Id does not store payment card data.

Subscriptions renew automatically for equivalent periods unless cancelled in advance, which can be done at any time from the customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no refund for the current period.

Founding Members programme: the first 200 companies to claim their listing or register before 31 December 2026 publish their profile free of charge for one year, counted from their registration date. Once that period ends, continued service requires a paid plan, which programme companies access at a founder price of 30 € per year, for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Cancelling the service forfeits the founder price; any subsequent re-subscription will be at the rate then in force. Registrations after 31 December 2026 receive a 30-day trial period and the full rate. Bizz Id reserves the right to change the programme conditions for future participants, always respecting the conditions accepted by companies already enrolled.

5. User content

You are responsible for the content you publish on Bizz Id. It is not permitted to publish illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights. Bizz Id reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The design, logos, texts and source code of Bizz Id are the property of Marbe Pharma, S.L. Content published by users remains the property of their respective authors, who grant Bizz Id a licence to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Bizz Id acts as a directory and intermediary. The information published comes from the companies themselves or from publicly accessible sources. Bizz Id does not guarantee the accuracy, currency or completeness of that information, and is not liable for transactions agreed between users and listed companies, nor for damages arising from use of the platform, except where the law does not permit such exclusion.

Any listed company may request rectification or removal of its listing by writing to support-bee@bizz-id.com; the request will be handled within a maximum of 30 days.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, if significant, notified by email.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For relations with business customers, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga, Spain. Where the user is a consumer, this clause does not affect the rights granted by the mandatory legislation of their country of residence.
